At Max Packers and Movers, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions related to refunds for services booked through our company.

Customers are requested to carefully review all service details, pricing, and booking information before confirming any order or payment.

Refund requests may be considered only in cases where the booking has not yet been processed or scheduled by our team. Once the moving, packing, transportation, or related service has been initiated, refunds may not be applicable.

If a cancellation request is made before service confirmation, eligible refunds may be processed after deducting applicable administrative, inspection, or processing charges.

Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used during booking. Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 to 14 business days.

Max Packers and Movers shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party financial institutions during the refund process.

No refund shall be provided for delays, damages, or issues caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer, natural disasters, traffic conditions, strikes, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances beyond company control.

Customers must immediately contact our support team if they face any payment-related issue or wish to request cancellation or refund assistance.
